If you've ever exercised in the morning then you probably are aware of how energized, alert and great you feel throughout the day. The problem isn't understanding the benefits, it's that we all like to get as much sleep as possible and dread that alarm clock sounding in the morning. What if you could kick start your day without sacrificing your sleep? Give this morning workout a try to get your day started with a little exercise.

Go to bed 15 minutes earlier, set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier. Then when you wake up, complete this exercise circuit from Matt Skelly's health plan and it will get the blood flowing, boost your mood, and start your day off right!
