Sometimes you just want the yummy goodness of a s’more without the campfire, right? These frozen s’mores are the perfect treat for a hot summer day because you get all the chocolate/marshmallow/graham cracker taste in a cold refreshing combination. They’re easy to make and you can keep them in the freezer.
1 box of instant chocolate pudding mix (6 serving size)
2.5 cups of milk
7 oz marshmallow creme
4 oz cream cheese softened
8 oz cool whip thawed
16 whole graham crackers
Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil, allowing foil to overhang the pan.
Beat together chocolate pudding mix and milk until completely combined, as directed on the package.
Pour pudding into lined 9x13 pan and spread in a smooth layer.
Beat together cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth.
Fold in cool whip.
Spread this mixture on top of the pudding, smoothing top.
Cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Using foil, remove frozen pudding/marshmallow from the 9x13 pan.
Use a long knife to cut into squares the same size as graham cracker halves, then sandwich between two graham cracker halves.
Serve immediately or store in a plastic pag in the freezer.
